Another Post About Summer + Vegetables


A co-worker made this Tomato-Leek Pie recipe from Southern Living with the tomatoes she picked up at the farmer’s market with me Wednesday. I’m not a big red tomato person — I prefer my tomatoes green and fried — but this was quite delicious and worth sharing. Tomatoes (of course), Parmesan cheese, eggs, mayonnaise, a little salt and pepper … mmmm.
